Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Non-Refundable Tickets or Services: Some tickets or bookings, especially promotional ones, may be non-refundable, meaning no money will be returned even if the customer cancels.
  • Refundable Tickets/Services: Some services (e.g., certain types of airline tickets, hotels, or tours) may allow full or partial refunds, depending on the cancellation timing.
  • Cancellation Fees: Even refundable services might incur cancellation fees. These fees could range from a small percentage to a fixed amount.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Before the Service Date: Refunds are often more likely if requested well in advance of the service date (e.g., several days or weeks prior).
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations closer to the travel date may be limited or unavailable, with the possibility of a partial refund or credit for future use.
  • No-Show Policy: If the customer doesn’t show up for the service (e.g., a flight or hotel stay), no refund may be issued, and the full amount may be forfeited.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds can typically be issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). In some cases, if a refund is not possible, travel credits or vouchers might be provided for future use.

4. Processing Time

  • The refund process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the service provider. The refund may be processed after deducting any fees or charges, and some providers may only issue a refund once the service has been canceled.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: Some providers may offer full refunds or alternative options (such as rescheduling) if the service is canceled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other emergencies.
  • Travel Insurance: If the traveler has purchased travel insurance, the policy may cover cancellations and refunds under certain circumstances. This could be especially helpful for unforeseen events like illness or injury.

6. Changes and Modifications

  • Instead of a refund, some providers may offer the option to change or modify a booking (such as rescheduling flights or hotel stays) within a specific time frame.

7. Non-Refundable Add-ons

  • Certain add-ons, like upgrades, excursions, or baggage fees, may not be refundable, even if the main service (e.g., the flight or hotel booking) is.

8. Refund Processing Fees

  • In some cases, the travel provider may charge a processing fee to handle the refund request, which can be deducted from the total refund amount.
