2. Services Provided

  • Description of Services: Outline the travel services you offer (e.g., flight bookings, hotel reservations, guided tours, transportation, etc.).
  • Changes to Services: Specify that services may be subject to changes, including availability or prices.

3. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking Process: Explain the steps to make a reservation (online, via phone, etc.).
  • Booking Confirmation: Describe how confirmation is sent to customers (email, phone).
  • Payment Terms: Clarify the payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), due dates, and any deposits required.
  • Booking Modifications or Cancellations: State the terms for modifying or canceling bookings, including any penalties or fees.

  • Health and Safety: Customers must comply with health and safety guidelines, including vaccinations or medical conditions.
  • Behavior Expectations: Any rules regarding appropriate conduct during trips (e.g., respecting local laws, behaving responsibly).

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Service Modifications: Outline the conditions under which the service provider can alter itineraries, services, or prices.
  • Cancellations by the Provider: Specify situations where services may be canceled or refunded by the company (force majeure, operational reasons, etc.).
